Shipping & Delivery

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. If can't purchase, please contact us.

It depends on where you are and which warehouse items in. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use international couriers like DHL, TNT or EMS.

Shipping cost is charged per the delivery options you will choose on checkout page. If you are located within continental U.S., you will enjoy Free Shipping on orders over US$70.

If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. Zebra Cable will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund. More about return service, you may refer to our Return Policy. If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform your account manager at the first moment. Zebra Cable will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.

Orders and Payment

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just apply a return request in the Return Request page and we’ll take you through the process.

All of the products we offers are universally compatible, and each item is tested fully before it is packaged.

If you have completed payment for the order, please contact us  immediately to cancel the order and receive a refund.
