To get a sample, you need to fill out the application (stating the products details and address). Do note that for some products, you may need to place a deposit.
We will reply you with 1-2 days via email during working days.
The test period is 30 days from the receipt of goods. After 30 days, you can decide to pay for the product and keep it if you are satisfied or return it back if it is not suitable.
For the sample orders, shipping and delivery cost and additional charges in transit (e.g. tariff for customs clearance) should be borne by yourself.
How does the Program work?
The sample is solely offered for tryout. After testing, you will need to either return it back or make the payment for the product and keep it. Samples must be returned back to us in original condition.
We will conduct a comprehensive inspection upon receiving the returned goods. If samples come back and they’re obviously damaged but we can fix them, you’ll be charged a fee that’s determined by the extent of the damage.
However, if the sample is returned and there’s no fixing whatever is wrong with it, you’ll be responsible for paying the full retail price of it, plus the full cost of a replacement including shipping.
If your samples be returned to us by the 30th day from delivery to you, you will be charged twice the retail cost, plus additional shipping and handling charges. You will also be banned from ordering with us in the future due to a refusal for adhering to our terms and policies.
