Shipping Couriers

Zebra Cable use safe international couriers like FedEx, USPS, DHL or EMS to send item(s) to you and make sure your order gets to you on time. We choose the most appropriate courier to deliver items according to the destination countries. Orders in stock will be shipped within 24 hours on working days from our warehouse.

Shipping Methods

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping. Standard shipping costs less, but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. Delivery time changes depending on the destination country and the warehouse location item(s) in. Please contact us for more information regarding shipping times.

Shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package and also the location of where your package is being shipped to. You can find the shipping rates for your order on:

    1. Go to your Cart and find “Calculate Shipping” form,
    2. Enter your address and shipping options will display on “Cart Totals” form.
  • Checkout Page
    1. Go to Checkout Page and find “ship to” form,
    2. Enter your address and shipping options will display on “Your order” form.

Free Shipping

Orders over $70 in USA can enjoy free shipping service. Oversized or heavy items are not included in this offer for free shipping.

Multiple Shipments to Fulfill in One Order

If an order includes items that stock in different warehouse, it may be shipped in multiple packages.

Zebra Cable has built a global warehouse system and provide various logistics to ensure fast shipping. Our Customer Service Team are 24-hour online to provide professional support on products or services problems.

Contact us if you encounter any of the following shipping issues:

  • Package shows delivered and you still have not received it.
  • Package was damaged in transit.
  • Package shows in transit and is past the delivery date.
  • No update on the tracking number.
  • Extra postage was due upon delivery (picture of the packaging or receipt is needed).

  • If the order was shipped in multiple packages, please make sure all packages have been delivered.
  • Keep all original packaging.
  • Contact Us within 7 days from the delivery date.

What happens if my parcel is damaged upon arrival or goes missing?2020-08-04T21:39:20-08:00

If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos or videos on site and send them to us. Zebra Cable will be in direct contact with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, avoiding more inconvenience caused to you. Once get approval that damage is caused by shipping, your account manager will guide you how to return damaged ones to us for an exchange or refund. More about return service, you may refer to our Return Policy. If you find that your parcel is missing, please inform your account manager at the first moment. Zebra Cable will guide you about the remedy procedures accordingly.

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number, shipping date and items’ details. You can track your package on the carrier’s website.

Shipping cost is charged per the delivery options you will choose on checkout page. If you are located within continental U.S., you will enjoy Free Shipping on orders over US$50.
