Zebra Cable warranty covers all defects in materials and workmanship for all products sold and manufactured by Zebra Cable. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
- Improper deployment, misuse, accidents, neglect;
- Modifications to any part of the item(s);
- The natural breakdown of materials over time;
- Damage due to acts of nature or accident, fire, or other external causes.
Products should be returned to us for evaluation. Items with defects in materials and workmanship will be repaired or refunded.

For the item(s) listed above, we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee service if you are not satisfied with the purchase. The product must be in new or like-new condition with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included when delivered. If there are any quality issues within the warranty period, we offer free maintenance service.
If the warranty period of the product expires or there is no warranty, we can still repair it for you. In this case, you will have to bear all the maintenance and transportation costs.
In the event of discontinuance of product manufacture, if there is any quality problem with the product during the warranty period, we will provide maintenance service.
